• Inactivity Timer - tell Delta how much flow you want to see over a period of time and if that volume is reached Delta will either flush to that volume or beyond as you need.

• Temperature - weather you are trying to keep your cold water cold or your hot water hot, Delta will manage this for you, all completely tailored to your requirements.

• Reporting - Either hard written onto an SD card or linked to an existing BMS, Delta will report its flushing and monitoring to you to simplify your reporting. Delta will also report why it didn’t flush where outlets are in sufficient use to negate this.
