Delta Flushing Manifolds
Delta Flushing Manifolds offer a modular solution to your flushing requirements.
Whether you need a single flush solution for a bib tap, non concussive, or any other single feed outlet, or you need a twin flush for a monobloc or mixer the Delta range offers a simple solution tailored to your needs.
More bespoke options are available if you have a collective outlet such as a wash trough or you need to control multiple outlets from a common controller the Delta range can facilitate your needs.
Available as standard in 304 grade stainless steel or anodised aluminium. Other materials and finishes are available upon request.
Threaded connections available in 1/2” and 3/4” BSP as standard (DN15, DN22). Other connection sizes are available upon request.
Manifold connection box can be remote mounted up to 300mm from manifold or directly on manifold face as required.

Anti Stagnation - Delta can provide monitoring of the flow through the manifold using hall effect flow sensor, according to the parameters set out in consultation with you Delta will totalise the flow volume in your period and if insufficient volume was detected in this period will flush until your flow volume requirements are met.
Anti Stagnation +Temp - Delta can provide monitoring of the flow through the manifold using hall effect flow sensor, according to the parameters set out in consultation with you Delta will totalise the flow volume in your period and if insufficient volume was detected in this period will flush until your flow volume requirements are met. Delta will also monitor temperature in accordance with your requirements for setpoints either hot water or cold water and will manage the water temperature by triggering additional production and draining off the water outside of the desired parameters.
Audible or high intensity light alarms are available as an option if required, we would advise these are used when flushing for temperature control as there is a safety feature designed into the product where if you cannot achieve setpoint temperature after a prescribed (by you) flush duration, to stop flushing for temp until the fault is cleared. This is to prevent constant flushing where there is a failure of HW production typically.
Delta Flushing controller comes with a 2m umbilical as standard to the connection box to allow for convenient remote or behind the panel mounting. This is to ensure the controller is accessible for the changing of SD cards if required and/or to ensure convenient locating for the washroom installation.
Data logging and reporting can be achieved either through the on board SD card, or via a BMS connection.

Delta ShowerSafe can solve the problem presented by flushing the head and hose of a shower. Alongside Delta’s conventional protections against stagnation and temperature risks the ShowerSafe will perform a cold water flush through the shower head and hose. This is delivered after a period of time set as to suit your requirements. Delta products are focused on safety and as such will not deliver this flush if presence is detected in the discharge area.

Delta Flush Controller
Giving you back control of your own flushing regimes.
Delta flush controller is designed to give the control back to you for your control of legionella and other forms of waterborne pathogen.
There are many different approaches to controlling the proliferation of bacteria in water and different solutions are needed in different settings.
The Delta flush controller will allow you to monitor different aspects of your water and has been designed to work on one of three pilars.
Anti Stagnation
Monitoring of the water flow over time.
You define what the time period monitoring is over and what the minimum flow required in that period is.
If flow over that period is below the threshold flushing will commence until that minimum flow volume is achieved.
Every Delta Flush controller has Data Logging built in as standard.
The data logging can be handled one of two ways, either through the onboard date logger or through a BMS connection.
Firstly the data logging can be achieved via the onboard data logger which writes directly to the removable SD card located at the top of the face of the controller.
This will create your flushing record identifying how much flow was seen over the flushing period and over how many tap events this occurred. What volume of water was flushed if any and for what reasons flushing occurred be it for temperature range or for stagnation. If flushing occurred due to a water outside of temperature the flush on temperature is logged and the flush off temperature is also logged.
All these events are time and date stamped for your legionella records.
This is produced in a .txt format which is converted via our free to download excel template into an excel record which you can easily convert to a PDF and save.
BMS data logging is via a ModBus connection and the tables can be found in the O&M Manual or can be advised upon request.
Temperature Control
Monitoring of the system temperature to ensure it stays within agreed ranges.
You define the set points for the on and the off conditions as well as any safety override timers you may want to include.
Once temperature either rises or falls into the activation zone depending if monitoring for hot or cold water the system will flush until the off set point is detected.
This is designed to reduce bacterial proliferation by avoiding danger zone temperatures.
Additional safety features such as run on timers and alarms are available as standard.

Combining both approaches the Delta Flush Controller will monitor both for temperature and for stagnation.
As with either of the other pillars the thresholds are entirely yours to set. Your Delta Flush Controller will come to you pre programmed with your agreed parameters.
By monitoring both flow volume and temperature the Stagnation and Temperature pillar offers the maximum control in reducing bacterial proliferation and managing the risks of legionella and other waterborne pathogens.
